第四節 結論與建議

巴金森氏症為老年人常見的神經退化疾病之一,其病徵不僅僅包含運動障礙,

還會影響病患情緒方面與認知功能的退化,隨著病程增長,症狀日益惡化,肌力 也逐漸降低。病人現今醫學尚未有治癒巴金森氏症的方式,醫療的主要目的著重 於減緩症狀、維持患者生活品質、增加生活獨立性及延緩失能。

以呼氣肌訓練介入巴金森氏症族群,主要考慮效果外,其耐受性、安全性與 不需交通勞頓的居家訓練方式十分適合巴金森氏症患者的生活型態。因此本篇的 研究結論如下:

一、 每週5天和每週3天維持4週的呼氣肌訓練介入對巴金森患氏症患者其呼氣 肌肌力有顯著的提升效果。

二、 每週5天維持4週的呼氣肌訓練介入對巴金森患氏症患者其嗓音自覺健康情 形有顯著的提升效果。

簡單安全的居家呼吸肌訓練,可增進巴金森患氏症患者呼吸肌肌力,預防日 後因呼吸肌功能障礙所帶來的不便,減低上下呼吸道阻塞及吸入性肺炎的發生率。

除此之外,日常溝通嗓音說話的情形也可得到改善。而對於呼氣肌訓練介入對患 者的生活品質影響,仍需要足夠的研究樣本數,並透過客觀嗓音相關的生活品質 指標,將可了解肌訓練介入的影響。未來研究可收集更多樣本數,亦可長期追蹤 介入成效,作為推廣到臨床居家運動的參考。
