三 工 ： 、 作時間
Working Hours:
( 一 ) 履 4 約期間內之上班日每日均需上班，每日工作時數不低於

彈 性調整上班、放假時間者，廠商須配合本局之上班時間履約。
Thispositionisoffice-based,andrequiresattendanceinthe officeeveryworkingdayfromMondaytoFriday. Working hoursareflexiblewithaminimumrequirementof4hoursin theoffice.Workingdaysaresubjecttopotentialchangesinthe national holiday schedule, and said schedule should be accommodated.

門 ， 、技術性之英文文稿之翻譯、編撰、潤飾、諮詢及其他有關業務
以 正 式 及 高 階 之 英 語 完 整 無 誤 表 述 我 國 政 府 所 欲 傳 達 資
訊 ，並須以中文與本局工作同仁針對工作內容等進行討論及溝通。
Thepositionrequiresconstantapplicationofknowledgerelated
toeconomyandtrade,internationalpolitics,international
organizations,foreignaffairs,humanresources,culturalsociety,
andotherrelatedprofessionalskills.Mainresponsibilitiesofthe
positionrevolvearoundeditingandproofreadingformal-English
documentsthataidincommunicatingwithAPECcounterparts
andotherorganizations,andproperlyproofreadingalarge
numberofdocumentsrelatedtospecializedtopicsinAPEC.An
eyefordetailisnecessarytoensureoriginaldocumentmaterialis communicatedcorrectly.Saidworknotonlyrequiresadvanced
levelEnglishskills,butalsorequiresfluentspeakingandwriting
skillsinMandarinChineseinordertodiscussworktaskswith
colleagues.

助 處 理 亞 太 經 濟 合 作 組 織
（ APEC）及我與各國雙邊經貿業務英文文書工作，包括依照 APEC
要 求之格式進行文件之編撰、核稿、潤飾，以及發言稿之潤飾。
Work tasks include editing, drafting, and retouching professional documents in accordance with APEC format requirements, as well as editing speech and announcement documents.

飾 本局經貿相關文件，包含雙邊及多邊經貿議題等（英文版）。
Work tasks also include editing and proofreading economic andtradedocumentsrelatedtobilateralandmultilateraltrade
business.
