Using Action Research to E valuate the Efficiency of Low-Carbon Diet Curriculum Conducted in Jian Sing Elementary School in Pintung
County
Currently, the Facing the increasingly serious global warming is becoming an important issue in the worldwide. today, According to the reports conducted by of the United Nations Environment Program Sustainable Resource Management Team (UNEP), noted that diet is regarded as , accounting for about 27% of global carbon footprint, was one of the most priority for should be correcting ed in consumer behavior owing to the domination of 27 % of global carbon footprint. Several problems found in Taiwan include ????????. Therefore, in this study, integrated self-written low-carbon diet course designed by our team integrated with courses into sixth grade the integrative activity learning area curriculum in sixth grade students were well discussed by . This study applied Action research to know taking account of Pingtung County elementary school children's the variations of low-carbon diet on knowledge, behavior and attitude. Of course, scale of pre-test and post- test, and students' worksheets, course feedback forms, teaching observations, researcher reflection records, records of teaching observation partners and researcher reflection, students' interviews, analysis and
induction of students' reports and presentation on low-carbon diet were arranged and discussed from uring Nov . Probe into attitude and behavior of Pingtung County 22 sixth-graders', (From Nov. 2013 to in November to Jan, 2014. in January) cognitive effects of low-carbon diet programs after eleven weeks, 22 class sessions in total. 面對地球暖化日漸嚴重的今日,聯合國環境規劃署永續資源管理小 組(UNEP)報告指出,飲食是當前最應優先矯正的消費行為之一,佔 全球碳足跡 27%左右,[ 過去在飲食之問題 ????????, 台灣食材浪費及 學校飲食教育之問題分析需說明 ] ,因此本研究採自編低碳飲食課程 融入國小六年級綜合活動學習領域,以行動研究方式,利用屏東縣國 小學童低碳飲食知識、行為、態度量表進行前後測、以及學生學習單 課程回饋單、教學觀察、研究者省思記錄、教學觀察夥伴記錄、學生 訪談記錄、低碳飲食成果發表活動進行分析與歸納,探討屏東縣建興 國小六年級 22 位學童,在十一週共十二節課程實施後(102 年 11月- 103年1月),對低碳飲食課程的認知、態度與行為之影響。研究結果 發現本研究主要發現如下 (1)教師實施「低碳飲食課程」融入綜合領 域具體可行。(2)進行「低碳飲食課程」後,學生在認知、態度方面 有顯著提升,而但行為方面可能受限於自己本身對飲食的偏好,對飲 食習慣雖然分數有部分提升,但故無顯著改善的進步。(3)「低碳飲 食課程」應設計配合目標(???)之實作課程,並考量學生個別差異及學 習反應,進行課程調整,以提昇使教學成效計劃能更周延。(4)未來 國小發展環境教育課程時,可將低碳飲食融入教材中。[除上述說明
