One of the participants mentioned, "Co-production can improve sustainability because it enables more efficient and effective use of multiple resources with a good extent of diversification." The fifteenth initial code for this theme is "foster social capital." Co-production can lead to sustainable public service through contributing to the factors that contribute to sustainability.
