Financial Institution: The institution whose name is indicated in this Questionnaire, and in which the constituent will own shares in.

The Constituent: natural or legal persons whose name is indicated in this Questionnaire and who is a

constituent in the Financial Institution or entering as a shareholder.

Significant Shareholders: natural or legal persons that, directly or indirectly, alone or in association, controls 5% or more of the Company’s shareholding.

Proposed Position: The Leadership position in the Financial Institution as defined in the Requirements for Appointments to Senior Positions in Financial Institutions Supervised by SAMA (Second edition 2019).
