THE POSSIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SIX SIGMA TO ASSESS AND DEVELOP THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL GUIDANCE IN AL HASA GOVERNORATE(MALES)

Abstract
The objective of this thesis is clearly determine the benfit range, for assessment and development, when the concepts of Six Sigma implementing in the Educational Supervision Department's. For this purpose we have to know the department's readiness, commitment, and application to Six Sigma concept and at the same time checks the abilities of the three departments, Educational Training, Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Educational Supervision to contribute Six Sigma implementation, as well as to check how Six Sigma can implement, improve, evaluate, and reduce the performance problem in the Educational Supervision Department, to increase the usefulness.
To analyze and test the hypothesis of the study we use the different methods of descriptive and analytical statistics to describe the sample of the study which consists of 78 supervisors working in the Educational Supervision Department. The tool used to collect data
is the questionnaire which consists of (78) paragraphs.
The questionnaire was distributed on three major axes focusing on the requirements, obstacles, and results of the implementation.
The most important statistical tools used to analyze the data of the study, are the Descriptive Statistics, Analysis of variance, Concepts of correlation and linear regression analysis, and Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient.
At the end of the analysis process, the most important conclusions arise are that the Educational Supervision Department is ready to financial requirements and obstacles to use the Six Sigma program, also the Educational Supervision Department Providing statistical programs and modern versions of Six Sigma program and facilitating the training process, as well as Scheduling rewards and appreciation to the
employees in the Supervision Department who use Six Sigma program and give them the opportunities to participate in decision-making.
Finally we emphasis on understanding Six Sigma concepts, clarify its practical and scientific values to reduce the errors (improve performance) and improve the quality of services provided by supervision, at the same time we are committed to supply the financial and human resources, the training operations and monitoring the implementation process.
