Saudi Financial Sector Competence Framework” is a continuation of the efforts of the Institute of Finance and in line with the FSDP objectives with the aim of identifying and clearly articulating the skills required for the success of the sector, to make accessible and comprehensive to be understood by individuals, employers and teachers and supervisors. FA, in collaboration with market representatives and local and international experts, has developed the framework that will serve as the basis for best-in-class training solutions and professional exams, as well as a tool that can be applied by financial organizations to design and implement various talent management programs .

The framework will facilitate career development and talent management, as well as upskilling and reskilling initiatives in line with changing market demands. Segments represent a division of the main functional areas in each sector, based on the uniqueness of the activities. 11 It will follow a 4-level architecture, reflecting the market structure and typical roles found in the market, with a description at the bottom level.
