RTMS is an electronic portal that allows the user to register and communicate with the system and send and receive all the necessary procedures for research. This guide aims to identify the content of the RTMS, in addition to all the operations that can be performed from creating and managing the research proposals, data collection request, publishing rewards/remuneration for scientific publication value, and creating requests for excellence awards. To save your edit on the page, you need to click on "Save personal information" and then click.

This section includes four subsections, namely: academic qualifications, current job information, academic disciplines, areas of interest and previous experiences. If you are an employee at SEU, please check the specific box and then identify your college and department. Follow the same steps to add your academic disciplines and areas of interest (one or more).

There are three ways to access scientific publications; you can choose one or all ways as follows:.

It is the last part of the resume, which includes educational activities and other experiences. Here's how to add which courses you've taught and who you've taught them to. When the CV is ready, you can proceed to the researcher's homepage, where the available opportunities are explained.

THE RESEARCHER HOMEPAGE

CREATE THE RESEARCH PROPOSAL

When you click on the "Create research proposal" box, you can move to a new window where you can sequentially enter information about the research proposal. Note: It is not necessary to enter all the information about the survey proposal in one session, but you can change it several times: go to the "Survey in progress" page, click "Edit survey" and continue the process. The "Edit" button will be available until the research proposal is sent to the dean's office.

The field for the research number is generated automatically when you click on "Send the research proposal and send it to the dean's office". You can fill in the budget field when you fill in all the fields of the research proposal. You can then choose the research area and then the research specialization.

You will need to complete the remaining fields in this section, namely: research specialization, research title in Arabic, research title in English, research summary in Arabic, research summary in English. You must therefore upload the research form as “Word” to complete it and then upload it again.

The budget report is presented in detail according to each item, based on the information previously entered in the research proposal section. You can fill in the ethics forms during the research processing and send them only after you have submitted the research proposal to the Deanship. Once the research proposal has been submitted to the Dean, the option "Send Ethics Forms" will appear in the task table, through which you can send the ethics forms.

Next: you can go to the team's ethical duties and responsibilities page. The following window will be based on the sample type entered on the Create Research Proposal page.

ONGOING RESEARCH

When you click "Preview Survey" you can see the information you entered earlier. You can also see the total budget of the research proposal at the bottom of the page.

When you click "Request for advance payment", you will be shown the latest information about the advance payment. When finished, click "Send Request to Project Management Committee" to send the request to the Dean.

During the conduct of research - from the beginning of the research until the acceptance of the final report - the researcher can submit an editorial request about his research and various types of editing are possible. Once the researcher submits an edit request, he or she goes through sub-processes for this request and ends the request by accepting or rejecting the request.
