Summary ' This paper uses the quantitative method to identify factors of service quality that influence the
purchase decision of click & collect service at The Gioi Di Dong (Mobile World) stores in Ho CM Minh City. The results show that there are four factors, including: Reliability; Response;
Assurance; Empathy; and Tangibility which influence the purchase decision of click & collect service at Mobile World stores in Ho Chi Minh City through the factor of Emotional state.
