Bo sung ke't h a p 0,025% Herbiotic vai 0,05% Actisaf ciing co tac d u n g t u a n g t u n h u b o sung Actisaf voi lieu 0,1%. Bo sung Herbiotic va Actisaf vao khau p h a n lon con giai doan 3-6 tuan tuoi mang lai hieu qua cao b a n so voi giai d o a n 6-10 tuan tuoi.

ABSTRACT

A d d i t i o n a l probiotics a n d H e r b preparation into the diet of piglets T!ie study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the addition of probiotics in the form of Achsaf preparation a n d herbal extracts in the form of Herbiotic preparation to the diets of piglets after weaning in 2 stages' 3 to 6 weeks of age and 6 to 10 weeks of age. For each stage, choosing healthy and uniform 210 piglets of Fl(DxLY) crossbred, randomly assigned to 7 lots: DC, TNI, TN2, TN3, TN4. TN5 and TN6, 30 piglets per each. The expenments were repeated 3 times.

The piglets were fed the basic diet (BD), T N I : BD+0,025% Herbiotic, TN2: BD+0.05% Herbiotic, TN3: BD+0.05% Actisaf, TN4: BD+0,1% Achsaf, TN5. BD+0.025% Herbiotic and 0.05% preparations, TN6: BD+0.05% Herbiotic and 0.1% Actisaf. The results showed that supplementing with Actisaf, Herbiotic or combining these 2 preparations into piglet diet in the period of 3-6 weeks of age as well as 6-10 weeks of age increased the ability of feed receive, improved growth rate, reduced FCR, reduced diarrhea rate, saved on feed a n d veterinary drug costs. Actisaf supplements proved to be more effective than Herbiotic supplements. Supplementmg a combination of 0,025% Herbiotic with 0.05% Actisaf had the same effect as a d d i n g Actisaf at a dose of 0.1%. A d d i n g Herbiotic and Actisaf to piglet diets from 3 to 6 weeks of age was more effective than 6 to 10 weeks of age.

La Van Kinh va ctv (2012) bo sung cac che'pham cha't chiet xua't thao dugc vao khau phan an ciia lon con.

Nghien ciiu nay dugc thuc hien nham danh gia hieu qua ciia viec bo sung probiotic duoi dang che'pham Actisaf STD va chat chiet xua't thao dugc duoi dang che'pham Herbiotic vao khau phan thiic an lon con sau cai siia gom 2 giai doan: 3 de'n 6 tuan tuoi va 6 deh 10 tuan tuoi.

2 . VAT LI|U VA PHUONG PHAP NGHIEN CUTU 2.1. V | t lieu

Vat heu nghien ciiu gom: che pham Herbiotic la san pham chiet xuat thao dugc ciia cong ty Indian Herbs Saharanpur (An Do), che'pham Actisaf STD la san pham pro- biotic ciia cong ty Phileo Animal CARE Lesaf- fre (CH Phap). Thi nghiem (TN) nuoi duong tie'n hanh doi voi Ign con Iai Du x (LY) tir 3 de'n 6 tuan tuoi va tir 6 deh 10 tuan tuoi t^i Trai Chan nuoi Truong Dai hgc Nong Lam BSc Giang, til thang 6/2019 den thang 10/2019.

2.2. Phuong phap

Doi vdi ton con 3-6 tuan tuoi: Lua chgn 210 lgn con sau cai siia luc 21 ngay tuoi, la con lai Du X (LY), khoe manh, dong deu, phan ngau nhien vao 7 16: 15 DC, TNI, TN2, TN3, TN4.

TN5 va TN6, m5i 16 30 con. Thi nghiem dugc lap lai 3 lan, tong so lgn thi nghiem la 630 con.

Doi vdi lan con tu 7 deh 10 tuan tuo}: Lua chgn 210 lon con luc 42 ngay hioi, la con lai Du X (LY), khoe manh, dong deu, phan ngau

nhien vao 7 16: 16 DC, TNI, TN2, TN3, ^ 4 . TN5 va TN6, m6i 16 30 con. Thi ngh'^m dugc lap lai 3 Ian, tong so Ign thi nghie nia 630 con.

Lgn con dugc nuoi trong 6 chuong san be t6ng, cac chuong co num uong tu' dong va mang an thu cong. Trong chuong co he th6'ng den suoi, he thong lam mat tu dgng. Lgn con dugc tiem vaccine day dii theo quy trinh a i a c6ng ty.
