Nghien ciiu phSt v§n voi 420 bfnh nhan nfli tni. Nghien ciiu thu thSp sfl lifu t^i 5 khoa: Chan thucmg chinh hinh 1, Ung buou, Phlu thuat thdn kinh I, Phau thu^t gan mat va Phau thuat tiet nieu trong thfli gian thang 4-5/2018.
Ket qufi: Kit qua nghien cihi cho thay, nguoi bfnh cfl nhu can khac nhau ve djch vy cflng tfic xa hfi, trong dfl: 81,9% ngufli bfnh co nhu cdu cung d p djch vu chi din thong tin kham chua bfnh, 68,6%
ngufli bfnh co nhu clu cung edp thflng tin giao due siic khoe, 62,9% ngufli bfnh cfl nhu can hfl tra tam ly, 55,5% ngucri bfnh co nhu clu kit nfli ngufln luc va ho trp tii thifn.
Ket luan: Mflt so khuyin nghi da dupc dua ra vl ngufln nhan l\tc, ccr so vat chat, truyen thflng, va viec giam sat trifin khai djch vy cong tac xa hfi t^i Bfnh vien Hihi nghi Vift Due.

Thong tin ehung ve doi t u y n g nghifln cifhi Bfing 1 cho thfiy nghien cuu fren 420 doi tapng, chu yflu cfic dfli tapng eo dp tafli frfln 55 tafli (chiflm 37,4%), nam gioi nhieu hon nu gidi (chilm 59,5%); 60,4% nguoi bfnh dfln tii khu vye nong thon, tien 80% da kit hfln. Vfl trinh dp hpc van, 34,8% ngudi bfnh co trinh dp tu trung cap, eao dang ttd len. Nghfl nghiep chu yflu Ifi lam ty do chilm 39,5% vfi Ifim cflng an luong chilm 28,3%, cfic ngbl nghifp khfic chiflm ty If thap. Demands of inpatients for social work services at \^etnam - Germany Hospital

^ University of Labour and Social Affairs Objective: The stady auned to describe the demands of inpatients for social work services at Vietnam - Germany Hospital in 2018. Methods: This was a cross-sectional stady, using quantitative research methods with the participation of 420 inpatients. The stady collected data in 5 faculties: Orthopedic trauma I, Oncology, Neurosurgery I, Hepatobiliary surgery and Urologieal surgery in the period of April to May, 2018. Mam findings: The research results show that patients had different demands for social work services: 81.9% of patients wished to provide medical information and guidance services; 68.6% of patients demanded to be provided health education information; 62.9% of patients demanded psychological support;
and 55.5% of patients demanded to connect resources and charitable support. Conclusion: A number of recommendations was made regarding human resoiuces, facilities, communication, and monitoring tiie implementation of social work services at the Hospital.
