This study is to measure the influence of organizational cuhure on the engagement of employees to their enterprises and the relationship belvk-een these factors. By analyzing 246 samples, the study's results show that factors, namely organizational communication, training and development, reward and recognition, teamwork, fairness and consistency in management pobcies have impact on the engagement of employees to enterprises. The study's results also show that there are five factors having positive impacts on the engagement of employees to enlerprises, namely organizational communication (p = 0,762), training and development (p = 0,191), fairness and consistency in management pohcies (P = 0,052), teamwork (p = 0,049), reward and recognition (P = 0.044).
