ABSTRACT:

The paper identifies factors affecting the knowledge sharing behavior of employees in enterprises. Based on the results, the paper introduced some implications to promote the knowledge sharing behavior for sales staff working for Novaland Corporation. This paper aimed to determine factors affecting the knowledge sharing behavior and measure the impact level of each factor on the knowledge sharing behavior of sales staff working for Novaland Corporation.

This paper also analyzed the differences of the knowledge sharing behavior of sales staff working for Novaland Corporation by demographies such as gender, qualifications, seniority, income and position. In addition, the paper proposed some management implications for Nova;and Corporations leaders to work out appropriate solutions that promote the knowledge sharing behavior of employees, improving the working efficiency of individuals and the corporation.
