This study is to analyse the compensation of chief executive oiTicers (CEOs) (INCOM, VND million) at commercial enterprises. By frequently collecting data about the compensation of CEOs of 40 enterprises in the period from 2012 to 2017. this study builds a sample of 120 observations to establish a model that examining the relationship among the compensation of CEOs and following explanatory variables, namely Firm size (F_sizel, VND billion). Enterprises growth rate (Growth. 7c), Management board (B_size. people). Business performance (PER, VND billion).

This study also employed the Panel Data to examine the compensation of CEOs of foreign- invested firms.
