Ngbien cuu cac miic xo trung tinh (NDF) trong thuc an hdn h o p (TAHH) den tieu thu va tieu hoa dudng chat thuc an (TA) tren bd cai Brahman tai tinh An Giang dugc thuc hien tai Trung tam Cong nghe sinh hpc linh An Giang. Thi nghiem (TN) d u o c bd'tri theo mo hinh 6 vuong Latin, thuc hien lrong 14 ngay tren bd cai Brahman cd khoi lugng trung binh (KL) la 350±ll,5kg Ba nghiem thuc (NT) la 3 muc NDF cua TAHH: 16% NDF (NDF16), 24% NDF (NDF24) va 32% NDF (NDF32), TAHH cho an c o d j n h 0,5% KL va co Voi cho an tu do, Ke't qua cho tha'y, muc NDF trong TAHH tang 16-32% thi NDF tieu thu giam tii 3,99 xud'ng 3,92 kg/con/ngay nen NDF/DM tang tii' 56,4 len 61,1% (P<0,05). DM/KL giira cac NT khac biet khdng cd y nghia (1,78-1,88%) n h u n g tong DM Heu thy tang dan khi NDF trong TAHH tha'p. Ty 1? tieu hoa NDF ciia TAHH khac biel khong cd y nghia giira cac NT. Muc d u o n g chat deu boa DM, OM va NDF khac biet khong cd y nghia thd'ng ke giu'a cac NT va cd xu hudng giam dan, CP giam dan 70,8-66,2% khi tang NDF ciia TAHH 16-32%. Ket qua nay the hifn khi cung cap thieu NDF tu TAHH thi bd tang tieu thu thuc an thd d e cung cap NDF cho co the dam bao dinh d u o n g cho hoat dpng sinh ly tieu hoa, muc NDF tha'p cho tieu hoa duong cha't tot ban, Vgy, tang mii'c NDF cua TAHH trong khau phan chua tim tha'y anh h u d n g de'n kha nang tieu thv va tieu hda d u o n g chat thiic an tren bd cai Brahman n h u n g ty le tieu hda d u o n g cha't cd xu hudng giam. ABSTRACT

Effects of different neutral detergent fiber levels of concentrate in diets on feed intake and nutrient digestibility of Brahman female cattle in An Giang province A study of effects of different neutral detergent fiber (NDF) levels of concentrate in Brahman female diets on feed intake and nutrient digeshbiUties was carried out in the experimental farm of Biotechnology center of An Giang province. The experimental design was Latin Square with 3 treatments and 3 periods. Three Brahamn females with the average of body weight was 350±11,5kg were used for this experiment. Each period was 14 days including 7 day for adaptation and 7 days for sample collection. Three treatments were three levels of NDF of concentrate at 16, 24 and 32%

(DM basic) correspoding to NDF16, NDF24 and NDF32 treatments. The concentrate was fed at 0.5% body weight and Elephant grass was fed ad libitum for all experimental cattle. The results showed that by inreasing NDF levels of concentrate from 16 to 32%, NDF intakes of experimental cattle reduced from 3.99g to 3.92 kg/head/day and NDF/DM increased fi-om 56,4 to 61 1% (P<0.05).

The DM/BW values were similar among treatments being 1.78-1.88% (P>0.05), however, DM intake tended to increase for lower NDF level of concentrate in the diets. The NT)F digestibility was not si- gnificantly different among diets. The digestible DM, OM and NDF was slightiy decreased (P>0.05) by increasing NDF level of concentrate from 16% to 32% in the diets. In conclusion, the increasing of NDF levels of concentrate in the diets were not negative effects on feed and nutrient intakes but nutrient digestibilities of experimental cattle tended to decrease. The NDF level of concentrate was 16% for optimal results.

2. V A T U | U VA PHITONG P H A P N B H I E N CliTU

2.1. Vat lieu

Thi nghiem (TN) dupc tbuc hien tren 3 bd cai to Brahman cd khd'i lupng (KL) la 350±11,5kg, tai Trung tam Cdng nghe Sinh hpc tinb An Giang, ap Vinb Phude, Vinh Binh, Chau Tbanh, An Giang va Phdng thi nghiem Bd mdn Chan nudi, Trudng Dai hpc Can Tho.

2.2. Bd tri thi nghiem

Thi ngbiem dupe bd tri tbeo md binh 6 vudng Latin vdi 3 nghiem thiie (NT) \-a 3 giai doan tren bd eai Brahman. Ba NT la .\T1 gom cd \'oi + TAHH 16^,NDF (NDF16); NT2 gom cd \'"oi + TAHH 24"i,NDF (NDF24); NT3 gdm CO Voi + TAHH 32%NDF (NDF32). TAHH cho an ed dinh miie 0,5% KL eo the bd vdi edng thiie phd'i trpn the bien qua Bang 1.

la 3,99kg, cao khong co v nghia so voi \ T N - DF24 va NTNDF32 cimg la 3,92kg. Ket qua nay cao hon cong bo'3,08-3,34% cua .\ia va ctv (2018) tai Trang Quoc. CP tieu thu khac biet co y nghia thong ke (P<0,05) giua cac NTNDFie, NTNDF24 va NTNDF32 voi luong deu thu la 733g, cao hon so voi 686 va 644g. Ke't qua nay cao hon cong bo hx)ng nghien cuu cua Do Van Quang va ctv (2015) tren bo Brahman la 343- 910g. Qua bang 4 cho tha'y khi TAHH co NDF tha'p thi bo se tang tieu thu DM tir thuc an tho dap ung nhu cau co the nen NDF tieu thu va NDF/DM CO xu hudng cao. Tv le Heu hoa DM oia NTNDF16 la 57,3%, cao hon nliung khong CO y nghia so vol .\'TNDF24 va NTNDF32 la 56,0 va 55,2%. Ke't qua nay tha'p hon cong bo cua Yuangklang va ct%' (2010) tren bo Brah- man tai Thai Lan dao dgng trong 65,5-72,2%.

Kha nang tieu hoa NDF giii-a cac NT la 46,9- 48,4% voi su khac biet kliong co y nghia thong ke. Kel qua nay phii hgp vdi gia hi thu duoc 41,9-59,7% cua Dd Van Quang va ctv (2015) nghien cu-u tren bo Brahman. Tieu hoa CP d NTNDF16 la 70,8%, cao khong cd y nghia so vdi NTNDF24 vk NTNDF32 la 67,9 va 66,2%.

Ke't qua nay cao hon gia tri 63,7-66,3% trong nghien ciiu cua Dinh Van Diing va ct\' (2014).

Tdng DM va OM tieu hda xu hudng giam dan khi tang nuic NDF ciia TAHH tit 16 len 32%

vdi gia hi DM Heu hda giam hj 4,03kg DM xud'ng 3,55kg DM va OM Keu hda hi 3,99kg DM xudng 3,52kg DM. Su khac biet nay khdng cd y nghia thd'ng ke (P>0,05). Lugng CP Heu hda cao nha't d NDF16 la 519g DM vdi su sai khac cd y nghia thd'ng ke so vdi NTNDF24 la 465g va NTNDF32 la 428g, nhung lugng NDF Heu hda cao nha't d NDF24 la 1,96kg so vdi cac NT con lai. Vay khi tang miic NDF trong TAHH cua bd chua the hien su tieu hda khac biet giira cac NT nhung ty le Heu hda cd xu hudng giam.

3.4. Nang lugng tieu thy va tang khdi lupng bd thi nghiem

Nang lugng trao ddi tieu thy giua cae NT dao dpng trong khoang 14,955-16.003 Kcal/

con/ngay, n5ng lugng trao doi tinh tren khd'i Iugng cha't kbd ed xu hudng ngupc lai cao nba't d NTNDF32 la 2,329 Kcal/kgDM so vdi NTNDF24 la 2,301 Kcal/kgDM va NTNDF16 la 2.287 (P<0,05). Tu dd eho tha'y khi tang muc NDF thi miie nang lugng heu thu/con/ngay giam va lugng khi C H thai ra tba'p so vdi cac NT khac ddng thdi cbo tang trgng tot ban.
