Trong CO- cau cay trong d vimg D6ng Nam bo, cay cao su {Hevea brasiliensis) la cay cong nghifip giii vai tro rat quan tiong. Cung nhu nhi^u loai cay trdng khac, cay cao su dang bi nhidu loai benh gay hai tan cong, lam giam dang ke nang suat va chat luung mu vudn cay, trong do co benh rung la mua mua. Nghign ciiii kha nang uc chd niim gky b6nh rung la miia mua cay cao su lam co sd dd nghidn cim quan ly benh hieu qua.

Co 3 loai thudc boa hoc co kha nang lic che nam rat manh vdi ca 5 chiing nam gay bSnh (Pbytophthora heveae VN739, Pbytophthora nicotianae VN722, Pytliium sp. VN602, Phytopythium sp. VN596 va Phytopythium sp. VN604) la Agrifos 400, Ridomid Gold 68WG va Lanomyl 680WP. Thudc Tilt super 300EC CO kha nang uc chd rat manh voi Pbytophthora nicotianae VN 722 va Pbytophthora heveae VN739 nhung clii lie che manh voi chung Phytopythium sp. VN604, Phytopythium sp. VN596 va chiing Pythium sp.

De giam thieu anh hudng cua benh, nang eao hieu qua kinh td cua cay cao su thi viec nghien cuu tim ra cac bien phap de phdng tni benh hieu qua la viec lam cap thiet. HiSn nay, viec phdng tni benh rung la miia mua cay cao su da dupe cac nha khoa hgc trong va ngoai nude nghien ciiu. Ben eanh eac bien phap phong tni khac nhu su dung cae gidng cao su khang benh, ap dung cac bien phap canh tac hpp ly... thi phuong phap su dung cae chat hoa hoc cung la bien phap cue ky quan trpng. O An Dp, Malaisia va Sn Lanka dung dich oxyclorua dong dupe sii dung rpng rai trong phdng trir benh rung la eay cao su (Jayasinghe va Jayaratne, 1996). Benh chdt nhanh gay thdi re do Phytophthora capsici, dieu tri bang metalaxyl hoac axit phosphoric, fosetyl-AI rat ed hieu qua (Manohara va Rizal, 2002; Wong, 2002). Thudc chiia hoat chat Phosphonates ed tac dung phdng trir nam thuoc bp Peronosporales. Mot dang dac trung cua phosphonates la Fosetyl-Al, ten thuong mai la Ahette, hdn hop chiia mudi nh6m eua Phosphonate (Cohen va Coffey, 1986). tri nam Phytophthora. Theo Phan Thanh Dung va cong su (2014), Nguydn Anh Nghia (2016) sir dung hdn bop cua metalaxyl + mancozeb (Vimonyl 72BTN, Mexyl 72WP...) ndng dp 0,2% cd kha nang phdng tni henh rung la miia mua cay cao su.

Nghien ciiu nay tinnh bay ket qua thu nghiem hieu luc lie che mot sd loai thudc bao ve thuc vat ddi vdi cac loai nam gay benh rung la miia mua cay cao su d viing Dong Nam bp trong dieu kien in vitro.

2 . VAT UEU VA PHUONG PHAP NGHIEN CUU 2.1. Vat h$u nghidn c i ^

Mot sd chimg nam trong hp Pythiaceae gay benh rung la miia mua tren cay cao su tai Dong Nam bp, dupe phan lap tai Trung tam Nghien cihi Bao ve rimg, Vien Khoa hoc Lam nghiep Viet Nam gom:

Phytophthora heveae VN739, Phytophtiiora nicotianae VN722, Pythium sp. VN602, Phytopythium sp. VN596 va Phytopythium sp.

Thi nghiem dupe tien hanh vdi 9 cong thiic trong dd cd 8 loai thudc bao ve thuc vat va 1 cong thiic ddi chiing ddi vdi cac loai nam gay benh rung la miia mua gdm: P. heveae VN739, P. nicotianae VN722, Pythium sp. VN602, Phytopytiiium sp.

VN596 va Phytopythium sp. VN604. Ndng do duoc pha theo khuyen cao ciia nha san xuat. Thi nghiem duoc tien hanh theo phuong phap khuech tan thudc tren moi trudng nuoi eay nam. Khoan mot Id dudng kinh 10 mm d giua dia Petri cd moi trudng PDA da hap khu trung, nho 5 ml cac loai thudc bao ve thuc vat theo cac cong thiic thi nghiem vdi ndng dp theo khuyen cao cua nha san xuat, sau dd eay nam

d 3 diem gdc dia tao thanh mot tam giac. Sau 3 - 5 ngay danh gia hieu luc khang nam benh eua cac eong thiie thi nghiem tren moi trudng PDA bang viec do dudng kinh vdng lic che su phat trien ciia nam theo hai chieu vuong gdc (Dmm). Mdi cong thiic thi nghiem tidn hanh d 30 dia Petri, thi nghiem dugc lap lai 3 lan. Hieu luc khang nam cOa thudc bao ve thue vat dupe phan thanh 5 cap dua ti-en dudng kinh vdng lic chd (Dmm) nhu sau:

D < 1 mm: Khong cd kha nang lic ehe (-).

1 mm < D < 5 mm: Kha nang lic che yeu (+).

5 mm < D < 10 mm: Kha nang lic ehe trung binh

(+-H).

10 mm < D < 20 mm: Kha nang lie che manh (+++).

In the Southeast, rubber tree (Hevea brasihensis) is an industria] tree leading economic value. As with many other plant species, the tree is suffering from a vanety of diseases, including Pbytophthora leaf fall disease, which is identified as major disease, causes significant damage to rubber trees. Study on the ability to inhibit fungal pathogens as a basis for effective disease management research. There are 3 kinds of pesticides including Agrifos 400, Ridomid Gold 68WG and Lanomyl 680WP that can very strongly inhibit 5 fungal strains of pathogens (Phytophthora heveae VN739, Phytophthora nicotianae VN722, Pythium sp.

VN602, Phytopythium sp. VN596 and Phytopythium sp. VN604). Tih super 300EC has very sUong inhibitory abihty with Phytophthora nicotianae VN 722 and Phytophthora heveae VN739 but only strong^

inhibits with Phytopythium sp.VN604, Phytopythium sp. VN596 and Pythium sp. VN602- Biopesticides such as Sat 4S1 and Biobus 1.00 WP showed only strongly inhibits to Phytophthora mcodanae VN 722 and Phytopythium sp. VN604 strains respectively.
