Isolated additional bacteria from pigs with enzootic pneumonia and applying measure to control disease

SUMMARY
The additional bacteria that were found in pigs suspected mycoplasmosis include Pasteurella multocida, Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Haemophilus parasuis, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Results of testing sensitivity to antibiotics of some bacterial Isolates show/ed that two antibiotics Ofloxacin and Cefotaxime have broad antibacterial spectrum, affecting many different bacterial communities developed. Two of Pfizer products Draxxin and Excede are highly effective in the treatment of mycoplasmosis in pigs. Cure rate ranges from 91.63% to 91.84%. Mycoplasmosis prevention process may include the use of vaccine or without vaccine application. However, both processes must meet the general principles of animal husbandry as limiting the visit, using the all in - all out. etc..

Bfnh suyen Ipn hay "Djch viem ph6i dja phuang d Ipn" (Enzootic pneumonia) Id bfnh truyin nhilm man tinh d Ipn. Ty If chit do bfnh khdng cao nhung bfnh gdy ra thift hai Idn din ngdnh chdn nudi Ipn do Idm gidm t6c dO tdng trpng vd gia tdng ty If mdc cdc bfnh kl phdt, ddc bift Id nhOrng bfnh vl dudng hd h^p.
Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (MH) Id mam bfnh chinh gdy djch viem ph6i dja phuang d Ipn vd dupc quan tdm din nhu Id mdt trong nhOrng nguyen nhdn chu ylu gdy nen bfnh hd hap phirc hpp d Ipn (PRDC: Porcine respiratory disease complex) (Thacker, 2006).
NhOrng nghien ciiru vl vai trd ciia cdc vi khu4n kl phdt trong bfnh suyen Ipn dd dupc tiln hdnh (Nguyen Ngpc Nhien, 1996; Cii HQ-u Phu, 2005; Trdn Huy Todn, 2009). Vifc dilu trj bfnh viem phoi dja phuang d Ipn bdng khdng sinh cung da dupc dl cap din trong cdc bdo cao vf phuang phdp phdng trj bfnh suyen Ipn d Vift Nam vd tren thi gidi nhu vifc sir dyng Tetracycline dieu trj Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (Inamoto vd cs, 1994); nghien ciru sir dyng cdc khang sinh nhdm macrolide, lincosamide vd fluoroquinole trong dieu trj bfnh (Vicca, 2004); thu nghifm mpt sd phdc do dieu trj bfnh viem phoi do Mycoplasma hyopneumoniea gdy ra d Ipn (Ddm Vdn Phdi, 2006). Tuy vay cho din nay van chua thi tao ra dupc khdng sinh ddc trj doi vdi bfnh suyen Ipn.
Maes (2008) dd tong hpp nhilu nghien ciiu cua cdc nhd khoa hpc ve bfnh suyen lpn va neu y kiln vl nhQ'ng gidi phdp tong hpp dl kilm sodt bfnh. Chung vi khuln phan ISp dupc tir bfnh ph4m Ipm nghi mdc suyen tai 4 tinh/thdnh ph6 Ha Ndi. Bdc Ninh, Hung Yf n vd Hdi Duomg.

2.2. Phutmg phdp nghifn ciru
2.2.1. Phuffng phdp phdn ldp vi khudn
Liy bfnh phim ph6i cd diu hifu bfnh tich viem ph6i ciia nhOng Ipn nghi bfnh 6m hodc chet dupc m6 khdm. Liy tir 1/3 khi qudn phia dudi din hit Id phoi. Bdo qudn giiri ve phdng thf nghifm trong vdng 24 gid vd phan ldp vi khuan theo quy trinh ciia Vifn thii y qu6c gia va Bp mdn vi sinh vdt - truyin nhiem. Khoa thii y, Trudng d^i hpc Ndng nghif p Ha Npi.
2.2.2. Phuffng phdp kiim tra khd ndng mdn cdm v&i khdng sinh ciia vi khudn
Khd ndng man cdm vdi khdng sinh cua cdc chung vi khuin phan ldp dupc kilm tra bdng phuorng phdp khuech tdn tren dTa th?ich vd danh gid kit qud theo Hpi dong quoc gia Hoa ky vf cac tieu chuin lam sdng phdng thi nghifm (National Committee of Clinical Laboratory Standards NCCLS, 1999)

Vi khuan Staphylococcus spp. min cdm cao nhit vdi khang sinh Vancomycin, chilim ty If 96,3%, tilp din Id Rifampicin (94,44%), Novobiocin, (92,59%). Gentamycin (14,81%).
Rieng Staphylococcus spp. khdng min cdm vdi ba loai khdng sinh Id Doxycyclin, Kanamycin va Streptomycin.
Vi khudn Streptococcus spp. man cdm cao nhat vdi khdng sinh Cefotaxime, chilm ty If 93,33%, tilp din la Erythromycin (88,89%), Neomycin (84,44%). Colistin (14,81%). Rieng Streptococcus spp. khdng mdn cdm vdi ba lo^i khdng sinh Id Doxycyclin, Kanamycin vd Streptomycin.

3.4. Xay dyng vd thiir nghifm quy trinh phdng bfnh suyln Igrn
Trong qua trinh dilu tra. thyc hifn de tai, chiing tdi dd thu thdp dupc quy trinh phdng bfnh dd timg dupc dp dyng t^ii cdc trang tr^ii chdn nudi Ipn cd nhOmg quy trinh phdng trj bfnh hifu qud. Quy trinh I: Sir d^ng quy trinh chung vd vacxin phong bfnh suyin lpn
Quy trinh ndy dupc sir dyng kfm vdi ljch tiem phdng vacxin vd sir dyng thudc de phdng cac bfnh khde d lpn. Rieng doi vdi bfnh suyen, ljch trinh sir dyng vacxin gom:
3 ngay: Tifm vacxin Respisure 1 one mifn djch k^o ddi den 26 tuan.
6 thdng: Tifm vacxin Respisure 1 one cho lpn h$u bj.
2 tuin trudc khi sinh: Tiem vacxin Respisure 1 one cho 1pm ndi nhdm myc dich gidm bdi xuat M.hyopneuminae ra mdi trudng
