ABSTRACT
Large capacity centrifugal pumps (CPs) are used commonly in mines' drainage. The deeper the mines' level, the bigger the electrical energy used for mines' drainage. In pumping stations using large capacity CPs, many medium voltage inverters are utilized. The drive mechanisms containing inverter-pump motor systems are utilized very well. This allows mine corporations to not only extend pump s working range but also couple the pump system in the best way. This leads to the need of building up the CPs' characteristics as well as CPs systems fast and precisely. In this paper, a model containing CPs hardware structure and a PLC-based software programme is used for controlling electric-pneumatic valves automaticaly. The controlling allows valves to have their stepless aperture.
The model also shows up the CPs speed changing by utilizing inverters. The process of flow data retrieving and sampling is carried out automatically for forming up both CPs'basic characteristics and pumping network.

Trong ba duong dac tinh: Cot ap, c6ng suat, hieu suat, quan trgng hon ca la duong cot ap H = f(Q), no cho ta biet kha nang lam viec ciia bom, nen con co ten rieng la duong dac tinh co ban. Tu duong dac tinh co ban H = fj(Q), bang tinh toan co the suy ra cac duong dac tinh N = f/Q) va Tl = f3(Q).
De xac dinh tu dgng duong dac tinh co ban ciia bom bang thuc nghiem tac gia da xay dung mgt m6 hinh trong phong thi nghiem va tien hanh ve dac tinh ciia bom va mang th6ng qua bg dieu khien PLC ket n6i may tinh.

Cii 10s thi van dien khi nen se thay dii do ma mgt lin Urong ling tir 0% din 100%.
Trong rn6i Ian van ma chiing ta lay dugc mgt cap sl lieu Q -H Ghi sl lieu liy dugc vao bang de xu ly va ve d6 thi.
Lap lai cac buac tren vai 2 cap t6c do con lai (an cac niit tic do 2, tic do 3 tren hi dilu khiln).
