The effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase decision of e-learning platform's learners: The case of Topica Native
Abstract:
This study investigates effects brought by satisfaction on the repurchase decision of online English courses by employees in Vietnam. A survey over more than 200 customers who were attending Topica Native courses was conducted, and the study determined that when the learner was satisfied at the satisfaction grade of five scores, the probability (p)for that learner to continue his/her purchase of online courses reached up to 77.5yo. Tlie research model with the constituents of service quality such as lecturers, facilities and support sei-vices, course value and price that were tested and identified, 3 factors, including facilities and support services, tuition and course value had impacts on the learner's satisfaction with the influences gradually decreasing. On that basis, we propose appropriate solutions lo increase the ability of acquisition by learners on Topica Native's online platform, especially to address the problem of how to improve support facililies and services for online learners.

1. Gioi thieu

3. Phirong phap nghien cuu 3.1. Nghien cim dinh tinh
