TOM TAT

Hien nay, gia cong hap kim nhom tren mdy phay CNC ngdy cdng pho bien. Tuy nhien, viec phdn tich mdi mon dung cu khi gia cong kho nhom hap kim A390 bdng dao co phu Nitrit titan vdn con nhieu hgn che dgc biit khi xet din yeu to th&i gian. Bdi bdo trinh bdy kit qud phdn tich su dnh hu&ng ciia che do cat khi gia cong tren mdy phay CNC KIRA VTC-^OB den luang mon dao khi gia cong kho nhom hgp kim. Kit qud thuc nghiem cho thdy moi quan he giiea cdc thong so che do cdt vd th&i gian gia cong den luong man dao. Tie do thief lap chucmg trinh cho mdy tit dgng bit lucmg mon dao theo th&i gian nhdm ndng cao chdt luang gia cong vd tuoi bin cua dao.

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, processing aluminum alloy on CNC milling machines is increasingly popular.

However, the analysis of abrasion when processing dry A390 aluminum alloy by titanium nitride coated blades are still limited especially when considering about time. This article presents the analysis result of the influence of the regime cut on CNC miller machine KIRA VTC - 40B to blade abrasion when dry processing aluminum alloy. Experimental results show the relation between the cutting parameters and processing time to the amount of blade abrasion. Then set the program to machine automatically compensate for blade abrasion over time in order to improve processing quality and durability of the blade.

Viec xdy dung mfii quan he giua cdc thong sfi che dp cat va lugng mon dao duoi dang mfi hinh toan hpc nhdm:

+ Bieu dien quan he giiia cdc thfing so che dp cdt (V, S^, T) vci lupng mon dao Ah mfit cdch tucmg minh.

+ Ket qud nghien cuu ndy se dugc sii dung ldm dieu kien bien cho bai todn tfii uu hoa qud trinh gia cfing khfi nhfim hpp kim bdng dao phay thep gio cfi phii Nitrit titan tren mdy phay CNC KIRA VTC-^OB.
