Based on previous studies, background theones, accountability theories and practices, qualitative and quantitative research methods were used in this study to identify research models, scales and factors that influence the accountability in Vietnam's textile and garment companies, and assess the impacting level of each mentioned factor. This study surveyed 399 textile and garment enterprises located in the Southern provinces. The study identified eight impacting factors and the impacting level of each factor, and gave implications to help textile and garment enterprises located in the Southern provinces well perform the accounting practices and accountability for enterprises
