SUMMARY
CHANGES IN FUNCTIONS OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEMAT 1WEEK AFTER FIXING HYDROXYAPATIT (HAp) TO DOGS' FEMURS

Wietnam Military Medical University In the present study, we evaluted changes in some parameters of ECG between before and after surgeries to fixed a biomaterial HAp on dogs' femurs. Results showed that there were no significant differences in amplitudes and durations of waves as well as intervals in ECG recordings. These results indicated that HAp have a few effects to functions of the cardiovascular system and HAp has high biocompatible properties. Thus, HAp might be a good biomaterial to apply for treatments in humans.

2. £)6l TU'aNG VA P H U O N G P H A P NGHIEN CU'U
2 . 1 . Vat lieu nghien c u u - Ddng vgt
Hai mugl hai chudt nhat trang g i i n g Swiss, 10 - 12 t u i n tuoi (22 - 25 g), cung c l p bdi Vien vd sinh djch te Trung Lfang.
Chugt d u g c nudi trong dieu kien chudng thoang mat, dam bao ve sinh, c h i dp an uong theo nhu c l u cOa. Chudt d u g c chia thanh eac nhdm:
+ Nhdm xae djnh thai gian c h i i u laser (n=9): vdi ba thai 2, 4 v i 6 phut phliu tia laser
+ Nhdm x i c dinh tinh dae hieu (n=3):
tiem NaCl 0.9% va c h i i u laser + Nhdm x i c dinh tinh lap Igl (n=10) tiem Rose Bengal v i c h i i u laser d ba thdi d i i m 3 n g i y (n=3), 7 n g i y (n=3) v i 14 n g i y (n=4).
- Dung cy, hda c h i t va cac phuang tien can t h i i t cho thu thuat g i y nhdi mau nao
+ Bp dung cy vi phau (Fine Science Tools, Held elberg, Germany)
+ Bp sterotaxlc de cd djnh chudt va tay giO nguon c h i i u tia laser (Nanshige, Japan)
+ Dyng cy phat tia Krypton laser (budc sdng 568 nm, cong s u i t 6 mW).
+ Rose Bengal (Sigma-Aldrich 198250- 5G), Ketamlne (50 mg/mi, Germany)
+ Dyng cy hda c h i t d^ c i t va nhudm nao chudt: dao lam (Croma, Germany), Adult Mouse Brain Slicer, thuoc nhudm- 2, 3, 5 - triphenyl tetrazoliumchlorlde (TTC) (Slgma-Aldrich).
2.2. Phuo'ng phap n g h i e n cOu

2.3. Xu> ly so lieu nghien c u u So lieu nghien cOu d u g c s u ly v i tinh t o i n s u dyng thugt t o i n t-test hogc one- way analysis of variance (ANOVA) trdn phan m i m XLSTAT 2015. 3. K^T QUA
3.1. Thd'i gian chieu can t h i i t de tao cue huyet khoi
Chung tdi da t i i n hanh chieu laser d c i c khoang thdi gian 2 phut, 4 phut v i 6 phut sau khi chugt d u g c tiem Rose bengal v i o h^ t h i n g tuan hoan qua xoang tTnh mgch sau hoc mat. 3.3. Tinh lap lai cua phuo'ng phap va the tich thirang ton sau nhoi mau

SUMARY
ESTABLISH THE ISCHEMIC STROKE MODEL IN MICE BY THE PHOTOCHEMICAL METHOD

*Hpc vien Quan y Objective: In this study, we conducted modeling ischemic stroke of middle cerebral artery in mice model. Subject and methods: ischemic stroke of middle cerebral artery model was established by intravenous infusion ofphotosensitive dye rose begal into the circulatory system of the mouse, and krypton laser beam wavelength is 568 nm shines on the middle cerebral artery through the mouse's skull induce rose bengal to form free

radicals that cause damage to vascular endothelial cells and trigger clot formation causing infarction.Results: We have identified the optimal time to create laser projection drive ischemic stroke is 4 minutes, with succeeded is 100%. Stroke volume (average
±SEM; mm^) at 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after stroke respectively are: 267,7 ± 42,7, 219,7 ± 4,4; 205.7 ± 35,1. Conclusion: We have successfully built a model of ischemic stroke in mice similar condition in humans, as a means useful for testing new method of treatment stroke.

Hanh vi cua cdc nhdm ddng v$t dwgc ddnh gia qua eae bdi tap trong mdi trw&ng ma, twang tdc xd hdi 3 budng vd trong me Id nw&c. Kit qua eho thiy: (i) MTPP Idm tang ew&ng hanh vi khdm pha trong mdi trw&ng ma; (II) cd phin lam tang hoat ddng twang tac xa hdi cung nhw (HI) tang tri nh& khdng gian trdn chugt cdng trw&c trwong thdnh.
