2.1.1. Tieu chuan l&a chpn:

Sff hai Idng ciia benh nhan, ngffdi nha benh nhan ehia lam 3 mffe dp: Rat hai long, hai Idng, ciiffa hai Idng. Ket qua eiia sff hai Idng chung la tong trung binh ciia 9 ndi dung trong bd cau hdi.
III. KET QUA
Tff thang 3/2013 den thang 8/2013 chiing tdi da khao sat n g l u nhien sff hai Idng eiia 468 ngffdi benh va ngffdi nha va ket qua sau:

3.1.1. Tuoi va gidi ng&di d&M: phong van - Tudi > 45 chiem 58,55%; tudi 36 - 45 chiem 23,50% va tudi 18-35 chiem 17,95%.
- Ty le benh nhan nff chiem ty le cao hdn nam, trong dd nff 64,96%; nam 35,04%.
3.1.2. Phan bdvi nghe nghiep - Can bd cdng chffc vien ehiit: 44 ngffdi (9,40%) - Kinh doanh budn ban: 330 ngffdi (70,51%) - Vjno ddng phd' thdng: 30 ngffdi (6,41%) - Khac: 64 ngffdi (13,68%)
3.1.3. Ngu'di tham gia khao sat:
Thanh phan tham gia khao sat; la ngffdi benh 124/468 (26,5%), la ngffdi nha ngffdi benh (73,5%). Vay ngffdi nha chiem gan 2/3 tdng sd.
3.1.4. Thdigian nam viin:
- So ngay nam vien: 3-5 ngay ed 346 benh nhan (73,94%)
- Sd ngay nam vien tren 5 ngay: cd 122 benh nhan (26,06%

IV. BAN LUAN ^
4 . 1 . f)ac diem ve benh nhdn va ngu'di nha trong mau
4,1.1. Tuoi: Trong mau nghien cffu ciia chung tdi, khdng ghi nhan ngffdi benh dffdi 18 tudi la vi chiing tdi khao sat sff hai Idng ciia benh nhan va ngffdi nha nam dieu trj ndi trii tai benh vien, nen chiing tdi muon danh gia thffe chat qua
sff hieu biet va nhan thffc ciia ngffdi b$nh, de co sff nhin nhan va danh gia mot each trung thiic, diing dan ciia ngffdi benh, nen doi tffdng chiing tdi lffa chpn khao sat la ddl tffdng tff 18 tu5l trd len. Trong dd, chiing tdi ghi nhan dp tuoi > 45 chiem ty le cao nhat 58,55%. Van de nay ta thay cung kha hdp ly bcfi vi thffdng nhffng ngffdi UT tuoi trung nien t r d len ty le bj benh cao htfn ngffdi tre tudi va mae cac benh ve mat nhieu hdn dac biet la bi benh due TTT tudi gia. ^
4.1.2. 4.2. Khao sat su" hai long:
4.2.1. Nhdm tieu chi 1 gdm 3 npl dungKl, K2 va K3: Dieu nay cd the ndi, do benh vien chiing toi la benh vien thuoc chuyen klioa sau, dpi ngu y te dffdc dao tao ve chuyen mdn va cung nhff xay dffng thai dp phuc vy ngay cang lat, nen tff do ehiing tdi nhan dffdc sff hai Idng ciia benh nhan rat cao. Tuy nhien, chiing tdi cung khdng the la toan dien ve mpi mat, va ddi khi sff khac nhau ve gipng ndi do dja phffdng sinh song khac nhau nen trong qua trinh giai thi'eh van chffa truyen dat het thdng tin va thdng tin den vdi benh nhan nhieu khi khdng ro rang, VI vay, ehiing toi cd ty le nhd benh nhan thay chffa hai Idng 9,19%. V. KET LUAN
Qua ket qua thu dffdc chung tdi thay mffc dp hai long cua benh nhan va ngffdi nha benh nhan ddi vdi benh vien ehiing tdi a o , dieu do khich le tap the chiing tdi rat nhieu. O day chiing toi tien hanh nghien effu eat ngang chff khdng phai toan bp doi tffdng, vi vay cd the cd mdt ti le nhd khdng mang tinh khach quan, nhffng nhin ehung van danh gia dffdc chiing toi da rat co gang de thffc hien "den ddn tiep niem nd, d eham sde tan tinh, ve dan dd chu dao". Mae dii vay ehiing toi se cd gang nhieu hdn nffa de phuc vu ngffdi benh tan tinh nhat, de ngffdi benii hai long nhat, mang lai hieu qua dieu tri eao nhat.

diagnosised by using WHO 2000 criteria, diagnosed osteoporosis by WHO 1994 criteria base on bone mass density (BMD) accessed by dua! energy Xray absorptiometry. Result: Male/Female ratio was 1:4, Inactive lifestyle was most common risk of osteoporosis seen on subjects (43%). Having correlation between BMD and heigtit, weight, age (p<0.05). Duration of DMT2 correlated to BMD at femoral neck (p< 0.05), Having strong correlation between the previous fracture, low weight and state of osteoporosis (at lumbar spine and femoral neck).
Conclusion: There were a lot of risks which effected the BMD and state of osteoporosis in DMT2 patients.
