Summary
The study examines the impact of dividend policy on stock price fluctuation of industrial firms listed on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) and Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), and on the stock price as well. Based on that, recommendations for dividend policy of these firms are proposed to maximize their value.
