ABSTRACT
This article addresses an aspect of human psychological life in today's highly volatile and relatively new Vietnam It is stress in sports. The article focuses on some symptoms of stress in training that athletes in weight lifting, Judo, free-style wrestling and apparatus gymnastics may experience. The most popular stress symptoms observed in athletes are psychological respon.ses as tension, fatigue, anger, anxiety, joy, etc.
