The study aims to explore faclors affecting work motivation of employees in Pouchen Vietnam Co., Ltd. The result discovers five determinants at the 5% level of significance, which are Relationship in organization; Interesting job; Salary, bonus and welfare; Training and promotion; Performance evaluation. From this finding, the study makes some recommendations
