Summary
This article analyzes the impact of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) on Customer loyalty to Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk). The output indicates that CSR activities create a positive impact on Customer loyalty through factors of Trust, Customer - company identification and Customer satisfaction. This finding helps Vinamilk's managers to propose solutions to promote CSR activities, thereby improving its brand value and reputation.
