TOM TAT:

ABSTRACT:

In this study. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) is used to summanze the set of observed variables into certain factors which measure differeni aspects of research concepts. This study also introduces standards in selecting variables for EFA. The Bartlett standard and KMO coefficient are used to assess the suitability for integration. The hypothesis HO (the variables are not correlated with each other in the whole dataset) is rejected, so EFA is appropriate to dataset when 0.5 < KMO < 1,0 and Sig <0.05. In case KMO <0.5, EFA may not be suitable for the data.
