Muc tieu ciia nghien cmi nay nham danh gia hieu qua cua ASCOGEN® bo sung vao thuc an dSn dap img miln dich ciia heo nai mang thai sau nem phong vacxin PRRS va CSF va heo con theo me. KSt qua nghien cuu cho thay ham lugng khang the blocking dich ta heo tren nhom heo nai dugc an thiic an c6 bo sung ASCOGEN®

{81,43±9,22} cao hon so voi nhom heo nai doi chung (80,77±9,05) vao thai diem sau tiem phong 28 ngay. Affect of ASCOGEN^ supplementing in feed to immune response of gestational sows after PRRS and CSF vaccination and sucking piglets

The objective of this study was to evaluate the affect of ASCOGEN® supplementing in feed to the immune response of the gestational sows after PRRS and CSF vaccination and the sucking piglets. The studied results showed that the antibody content against hog cholera in the sows eating supplemented ASCOGEN® was (81.43 ± 9.22), higher than that of the control sows {80.77 ± 9.05) after 28 days of vaccination. antibody (MDA) in the sucking piglets feeding or un-feeding ASCOGEN® came from the sows feeding ASCOGEN® in comparison with the sucking pigleis un-feeding ASCOGEN® came from the control sows;

and MDA of the sucking piglets feeding ASCOGEN® from the control sows was significantly higher {P

<0.05) than that of the sucking piglets un-feeding ASCOGEN®. After vaccination, the antibody content against PRRS in the sucking piglets feeding ASCOGEN® was higher than that of the sucking piglets unfeeding ASCOGEN® came from the same sows feeding ASCOGEN® (P<0.01) and the sucking piglets un-feeding ASCOGEN® came from the control sows {P<0.01). This difference was also expressed in the piglets feeding ASCOGEN® in comparison with those of un-feeding ASCOGEN® came from the control sows {P <0.05) There was a significant difference on the weight of the new-born piglets came from the sows feeding ASCOGEN® and the control sows (1.54 kg±0.23 versus 1.38 kg+0.26), respectively (P <0,05). Similarly the weight of the weaning piglets came from the experimental and control sow groups was 6.2 kg±0.99 versus 5.98 kg±1.09, respectively (P=0.060). The studied results showed that ASCOGEN® supplementing in feed was effective in improving the immune response of the gestational sows after vaccination and the sucking piglets as well as improving the piglet growth performance.

I. DAT VAN DE

Nucleotides la thanh phan can tao ciia acid nucleic, RNA va DNA. Nucleotides va cac dan chat cua chiing co vai tro quan trpng trong qua trinh chuyen hoa sinh hgc ciia ca the (Whitehead va ctv., 2006). Nucleotides co kha nang cai thien kha nang hap tliu chat dinh duong, tham gia vao qua trinh phan chia ciia te bao nen tang cuong hoat dgng cua he thong miln dich, tiid6

giup thii de khang vai cac tac nhan gay benh t6t hon (Tibbetts, 2007; Rutz va ctv., 2007; Hess va ctv., 2012). Nhiing te bao thay the mai lien tue trong CO the deu phai sir dung nucleotides de hinh thanh nhan te bao qua qua trinh sinh tong hgp DNA va RNA. ASCOGEN® la mgt che pham thuang mai (CEfEMOFORMA, Thuy Sy), la t6 hgp thanh phan chiia RNA tinh chi dugc trich tir nSm men, nucleotides tinh che, tien chat ciia nucleotides, cac acid hihi ca va nam men vo boat. Cac thanh phan chinh ciia che pham se giup gia tang nang suit chan nuoi th6ng qua viec gia tang dap iing mien dich, hieu luc cua vacxin, cai thien va gia tang kha nang hap thu, tieu hoa duong chat. Tac dung ciia chi pham nay dz dugc thir nghiem chiing minh hieu qua tren gia cam va ca a nhieu nuac (Thongwittaya va ctv, 1992; Pelicia va ctv., 2009; Yu va ctv, 2002) nhung th6ng tin ket qua thii nghiem fren lieo con han che, nhat la o vai tro kich thich dap una miln

dich sau tiem phong. II. VAT LIEU VA PHlTONG PHAP

2 . 1 . Bd tri thi n g h i e m

Thi n g h i e m d u g c thuc hien tai Trai heo nai chan nuoi t h u a n g p h a m (300 nai). T o n g so 60 heo nai m a n g thai, d o n g deu v l giong (YL) va Ilia d e (2-6), co sue khoe t6t, d u g c p h a n chia ngau nhien thanh 2 n h o m thi nghiem: n h 6 m A (doi chimg, k h o n g b o sung che p h a m trong thirc an), n h o m B (thi nghiem, b o sung che p h a m

O 16 heo thi nghiem, ASCOGEN® d u g c b o sung lien tue vao thiic an (phun tren be m a t cam hon h g p dang vien) bat dau t r u a c thai diem tiem phong C S F hai tuan; trong khi d o heo nai cr 16 doi chimg kh6ng bo sung che p h a m n a y (bang I A ) .

2.2. Thu mau va phan tich phong thi nghiem Huyet thanh ciia tat ca cac heo nai dugc thu thap 2 tuan truac tiem phong (ngay thai diem bo sung che pham) va 28 ngay sau tiem phong CSF de xac dinh ham lugng khang the khang CSF (Blocking titer). Thai diem tiem phong PRRS tren nai theo quy trinh dong loat moi 4 thang/lan nen thi nghiem chi theo doi dugc dap iing mien dich CSF truac va sau khi bo sung che pham.

Huyet thanh ciia 15 heo con (moi con/nai) o moi nhom Al, A2 (nai d6i chimg) va Bl, B2 (nai thi nghiem co bo sung) dugc thu thap ngau nhien de kiem tra ham lugng khang the khang PRRS va CSF truoc va sau tiem phong 28 ngay (CSF) va 35 ngay (PRRS), thoi diem tiem phong cho heo con thi nghiem vacxin PRRS liic 28 ngay tu6i va vacxin CSF liic 35 ngay tuoi. Ham lugng khang the (blocking titer) khang virus CSF dugc kiem tra theo huong dan ciia bg kit thuang mai CSFV Ab Test (IDEXX, My). Ham lugng khang thi khang PRRSV (S/P IgG) dugc xac djnh theo huong dan cua bp kit thuang mai PRRS X3 Ab test (IDEXX, My).

2.3. Xir ly thong ke

Ham lugng khang the a cac thoi diem giira 2 16 thi nghiem dugc so sanh th6ng ke bang trac nghiem pairwise t-test va su khac biet giira cac chi tieu nang suat dugc xii ly th6ng ke theo trac nghiem Tukey. Su khac biet dugc xem la c6 y nghia khi P < 0,05.

(81,43±9,22) so voi nhom nai doi chiing (80,77±9,05) vao thoi diera sau tiem phong 28 ngay. Tuy nhien, khong co su khac biet giiia hai nhom heo thi nghiem khi xii ly thong ke (P>0,05).

• Control

nhien, co sir dap iing mien dich t6t hon o thai diem sau tiem phong (81,43+9,22%) so vai truoc tiem phong (78,21±9,38%) onhom nai thi nghiem co bo sung; mac du a thoi diem truoc

tiem phong, ham lugng khang the ciia nhom heo nai nay co phSn thdp hon 16 doi chiing (79,81±9,00%). Chi sl khang thi blocking titer

= 50 la cut-off cho thdy khang thi duong tinh va la ngudng bao hg chong nhiem virus CSF.

Chi so blocking titer = 50 co su tuong quan cao vdi nguong ham lugng khang thi trung hoa (NA hoac NPLA; IDEXX, My). 6 trai thi nghiem, quy trinh tiem phong CSF tren heo nai mang thai (Uian 8, 9 hoac 10) dugc duy tri 6n dinh it nhat da 3 nam truac thai gian nghien cuu, va a thoi dilm thi nghiem (tru'ac khi tiem phong), 60/60 heo nai a hai 16 thi nghiem deu co blocking titer

3.1.2. Tren heo con

(3 thai diem truac tiem phong 1 tuan (28 ngay tuoi), co sir khac biet (P<0,05) khang the thu dgng djch ta heo (MDA) giua heo con c6 hoac kh6ng sii dung ASCOGEN®

tir nai sir dung ASCOGEN® (16 Bl va B2) so vai heo con kh6ng sir dung ASCOGEN® tii heo nai doi chiing (16 A2); va khang thi thu dgng dich ta heo (MDA) ciia heo con co sii dung ASCOGEN® tir nai dli chiing (16 A1) cung cao hon CO y nghia (P<0,05) so vai heo con khong sir dung ASCOGEN*' tir nai d6i chiing (16 A2) trong thi nghiem.

lugt), va quy trinh da 6n dinh trong 2 nam gan day nen khong the b6 tri d6ng thoi de theo doi truoc va dap iing sau tiem phong cung voi tiem phong dich ta heo. 3.2. Nang suat sinh san va tang trong heo con thi nghifm

Co su khac biet th6ng ke giil'a 16 doi chimg (control) so voi 16 thi nghiem (b6 sung ASCOGEN®) a trgng lugng sa sinh 1,54 kg±0,23 so vai 1,38 kg±0,26, hrang iing (P<0,05) va gan CO khac biet a trgng lugng heo cai sUa 6,2 kg±0,99 so voi 5,98±1,09, tuang img (P=0,060).

S6 heo eon con s6ng den cai siia trung binh a 16 thi nghiem (bl sung ASCOGEN®) la 11,16 kg va 16 dli chimg (control) la 11,00 kg, nhung kh6ng CO su khac biet (P>0,05).
