HCT, MCH, MCHC cd xu hudng glim tir ngay bit diu chay miu din ngiy sacii kinh, cd hiin tuvng thiiu miu nhupc sic vao thai diim bit diu sach kinh, chi si MCV, ROW, chi si bach ciu va sS Iuvng tiiu aiu khdng cd stf khic biit & cic Ihoi diim nghiin cuu. Sit huyit thanh 8- nhim cfl kinh nguyit diu cd xu huimg giim khi dang hinh kinh vS ting trir lai vao ngay sach kinh. Sil huyit thanh d nhdm cd CKKN khdng diu kem

THE CHANGE OF HEMATOLOGICAL INDICATORS IN MENSTRUATION PERIOD

^ Nguyen Thu Phuong', Dlnh Thi Thu Huong' Physiology Department, Thai Nguyen Medical University Objective: To evaluate the change of hematological indices hom peripheral blood in menstniahon period Subjects: The study has been performed in 30 students with regular menstrual cycle (28-30 days) with the length of (he period lasts from 2 to 7 days and 18 irregular menstnial students with the length of the period lasts more than 7 days Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional end follow-up study. Results: Both groups showed that the RBC, HGB, HCT, MCH MCHC indices decreased from first day to the ended bleeding day. There was hypochromie at the time of ended bleeding. MCV, RDW, WBC platele count showed no signlHoant between two groups. Iron senim of 'regular menstniation group tended to decrease during menslniation and rised again on the day of cleaning. Iron serum of irregular menstruation group with menorrhagia tended to decrease from first day to the ended menstnjal bleeding.
