Cac nha kinh te da cd nhieu tranh luan ve van de nay, nhuiig nhin chung cac nhan td tac dpng den ddng vdn vao cac thi trUdng mdi ndi dUpc chia lam hai nhdm. ThU nhat la cac nhan td ben ngoai, nghia la cac nhan td phan anh dieu kien cua qudc gia dau tu ThU hai la nhUng nhan td ben trong

Ket hop cac tai san tai chinh t d hai loai thi trUdng tren vao trong danh muc dUa den ty sd ty suat sinh Ipi/rui ro h a p dan ho'n mdt danh muc chi gdm cac cd phieu thi tnJong da phat trien.

Trong nam 2006 va 2007, vdi nhUng thanh tich ve tang trudng cao (8.4':; trong nam 2007, 6,23';;

VN cung can sdm dUa ra thi trudng cac san pham mdi (nhat la cac san pham phai sinh, trUdc mat cd the dp dung cho cac chi sd (index)), nhdm cho nha dau tU nhieu lua chpn han de cd the tang hieu qua danh muc dau tu cua hp han.
