The Arbitrator for the same case was Mr. Maake.The final award in this regard was in favour of the Greater marble Hall
Municipality.
Ms.J.T. Molala’s allegations were ruled unfounded and that proper procedures have been followed by the municipality up to the level of final appointment.

Traffic, workshop and Water works are functional due to the installation of the 5.8 GHz wireless link that was installed on Silo
Network infrastructure upgrade for Finance building was proposed
ADS line forms are yet to be designed for a Telkom line 8 users were added on the network:

Rules and Ethics committee
The Rules and Ethics Committee has a responsibility to ensure that Council functions properly and that Councillors adhere to the code of conduct
The Committee was established on the 25th June 2007 and is yet to sit.
Tender Committee (Bid Committees)
The tender Committee is responsible for ensuring that procurement in the municipality is conducted in a fair, equitable and transparent manner.

The Council, during its special Council meeting held on the 29th may 2007 approved the supply Chain Management Policy which replaced the old Procurement Policy.
