2. granting the Respondents leave to file the Notice of opposition marked “X”;
3. granting the Respondents further and/or alternative relief.
TAKE NOTICE FURTHER THAT the affidavit of SUNNYBOY ZULU together with annexures thereto, will be used in support of this application.
