The journal publishes original articles, not previously published, pertaining to contextualized studies of African music and related arts. The Editor welcomes submissions of article manuscripts and book, film, CD and DVD reviews. Submissions should be sent as Word documents via email to the editor at d.tlu-am@ru.ac.za and follow guidelines established by the Chicago Manual of Style. Requests for advertising in the journal should be addressed to the editor at d.tlu-am@ru.ac.za
