DELEGATES TO THE CONfERENCE. THE CONfERENCE WOULD CONSIDER POLICY MATTERS.

7.5 THE SECRETARIAT WAS aEPRIMANDED FOR NOT HAVING PRESENTED A WRITTEN REPORT.

8. REPORTS FROM AFFELIATES:

8.1 REPORTS WERE RECEIVED FROM MGWUSA AND THE REIGER PARK TENANTS AND RATEPAYERS ASSOCIATION.

9. BLACK LOCAL AUTHORITIES:

9.1 VERBAL PROGRESS REPORTS WERE RECEIVED FROM PRETORIA, ALEXANDRA, KRUGERS- DORP, WATTVILLE, KATHLEHONG, SOWETO AND VAAL. IT WAS DECIDED THAT SHOULD CONTACT THE AREAS WHICH HAVE NOT INDICATED ANY PROGRESS

10. IT WAS DECIDED THAT DELEGATES WOULD BE SEATED SEPARATELY FROM OBSERVERS AT THE NEXT MEETING. OBSERVERS WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN MOTIONS.
