The Honourable Mayor;
In terms of regulation 14 sub – regulation 2 of Municipal Budget Reporting Regulations, when complying with section 68 of the Municipal Finance Management Act. No.56 of 2003. The municipal manager must submit the draft service delivery and budget implementation plan to the Mayor together with the Annual Budget to be considered by the Mayor for tabling in terms of section 16 (2) of the Municipal Finance Management Act
The Mayor is hereby requested to take note of the Draft service delivery and budget implementation plan for 2021/ 2022 in line with the with the Integrated development plan and the Annual budget.

DRAFT SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE 2021/ 22 FINANCIAL YEAR
I, Councillor Mzonakele Baleni, in my capacity as the Acting Mayor of Tswelopele Local Municipality, hereby adopt the Draft Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan for the 2021/ 22 financial year in terms of regulation 14 (2) of the Municipal Budget reporting regulations.
The adopted Draft Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan will be made public on the municipality’s website within 14 days from the signature date hereunder.
