2020/21-2022/23 MEDIUM TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK REPORT

1. That, the final budget for the municipality for the year 2020/21; and its indicative for the two projected outer years 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 as outlined on the report be approved as set out in the following:

 Operating Revenue by source of R509, 920,764

 Operating Expenditure by source of R408, 392, 876

 Capital Expenditure by source and municipal vote of R174, 313, 696

 Total budget of R582, 706, 572 2. That the council approves the following tariff increases for the 2020/21 financial year

 Property rates tariff increase of 5% and first R65 000 property values as exemption, 40%

rebates on all residential properties, 15% rebates on all commercial and government properties, 70% on farm properties, 15% rebates on
