DIRECTIONS DATED 11 FEBRUARY 2015

The Chief Justice has issued the following directions:

1. The application is set down for hearing on Tuesday, 19 May 2015 at 10h00.

2. The opposing parties must, on or before 27 February 2015, file an agreed statement of facts based on the factual findings of the Supreme Court of Appeal that are pertinent to the issues. If no agreement can be reached:

a) The applicant must, on or before 6 March 2015, file a statement setting out the factual findings of the Supreme Court of Appeal that the applicant disputes, together with only those portions of the record that are relevant to the impugned findings.

b) The respondent must, on or before 12 March 2015, and if she so wishes, file a statement setting out the factual findings of the Supreme Court of Appeal that the respondent disputes, together

with only those portions of the record that are relevant to the impugned findings.

3. The applicant must, on or before 18 March 2015, file a newly paginated record that comprises the statement of facts agreed upon, or the parties’

respective statements of facts and the portions of the record considered relevant by them, as well as a copy of the judgment in the High Court and the Supreme Court of Appeal.

4. Written argument, including argument on the merits of the appeal, must be lodged by―

a) the applicant, on or before 8 April 2015; and b) the respondent, on or before 15 April 2015.

5. Further directions may be issued.
