- Appellant contends that the SCA erred in holding that the matter had become moot.

- Appellant contends that the order of the High Court has far reaching consequences that go beyond the specific dispute that was before it.

In this regard, the appellant contends that the implications on future Cabinet reshuffles and the production of the record thereof.

- The Appellant contends that the order of the High Court impermissibly amended Rule 53, a function that resides with the Rules Board, and not with the courts. In this regard, the appellant argues that this breaches the separation of powers doctrine;
