1 I am a major female employed as Head of the Fraud and Compliance Unit of SASSA.

2 The content of this affidavit falls within the ambit of my personal knowledge and belief unless indicated otherwise and is both true and correct in all respects.

3 I have read the affidavit of RAPHAAHLE RAMOKGOPA and I confirm the contents thereof insofar as it relates to me.

4 I further confirm that the date of the meeting between Tsalamandris and Kay has been erroneously captured on the handwritten notes as the 13th March 2013 instead of 13th March 2012; the error was rectified in the typed version of the minutes (annexure “RR5” to SASSA’s answering affidavit herein).
