KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Rule 19 of
the Rules of the Constitutional Court, the applicant makes an application for an order in the following terms:-
1. Condoning the late filing of this application;
2. That application for leave to appeal to this Court be granted;
3. That the order granted by the Supreme Court of Appeal in this matter is replaced with an order dismissing the appeal, with no order as to costs.
KINDLY TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the affidavit of MKUSELI APLENI together with its annexures shall be used in support of this application.
