Define the problem

Develop solutions Determine the cause of problem

Select the solution Implement the

solution Evaluate the outcome

Define the problem

The first step of identifying the problem is a broad review of the current situation., a fitting together of information like a puzzle.

In this stage you should identify and discuss the symptoms of scope of the problem.

As you go through this step you will find yourself raising , reviewing and discarding statements of the problem as you sort out what are merely symptoms of the problem, and the look behind those symptoms to make a tentative definition of the underlying problem.

Determine the cause

Once recognise the symptoms and have tentatively defined the problem, you can begin to collect information about the nature of the problem.

At this step you may tools like mind maps to help organise this information.

When you restate the problem, your definition will reflect the cause.

Develop solutions

Once you have identified the problem, your knee-jerk may be to jump solutions.

Generate solutions as possible relating to the problem and merge similar and related solutions.

At this stage, you are still not ready to select the best solution.

You simply want to reduce redundancy, and eliminate any possibilities that don’t address the cause you identified earlier.

Select the solution

Evaluate each potential solution for its strengths and weaknesses.

Selecting a solution entails searching for the most effective solution by applying two general criteria.

An effective solution is technically feasible and is acceptable to those who will have to implement it.

Asking question when evaluating a solution is acceptable.

Implement the solution

Choosing a solution does not immediately solve the problem, putting it into action may prove as difficult as deciding on one. This stage requires action planning, as asking questions like what must be done and when will it be started

?, why are these action a solution and when will key milestones be completed?

Evaluate the outcomes

Is the monitoring that any project needs to ensure that milestones are met and work is completed.

Plan additional feedback mechanism to detect the need for midcourse corrections and to reporting on what has been accomplished.

Finally reflecting on its own processes and results keep the thing effective.

It also bring the problem-solving process

conclusion

Step in problem solving is the best option to evaluate and solve different sorts of problems in life.

In every situation you need to keep the six-step model in mind.

This analytical problem solving model is also a reminder that certain problems have not been done

It works hey.
