2. Written argument must be lodged by―
a) the Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union on or before 30 October 2015; and
b) the South African Police Service on or before 30 October 2015.
3. Both amici will be allowed to make oral submissions to the Court on the day of the hearing.
4. Further directions may be issued.
