The Chief Justice has issued the following directions:

1. The parties are directed to deliver to the Register of this Court and serve on all other parties written submissions on the merits which shall include-

(a) whether a case for urgency has been established;

(b) whether genuine disputes of fact arise from the affidavits; and (c) if they do, how should the dispute of fact be resolved.

(d) whether the High Court has jurisdiction to entertain the application and, if so, whether the interests of justice indicate that this Court, or the High Court, should consider the matter.

2. The written submissions must be lodged by-

(a) the applicants, on or before Friday, 10 August 2018; and (b) the respondents on or before, Friday 17 August 2018.

3. Further directions may be issued.
