2. The applications are set down for hearing on Tuesday, 5 March 2019 at 10h00.
3. The applicant must, on or before Wednesday, 2 January 2019 file a paginated record in accordance with Rule 20(2) of this Court’s Rules containing only those portions of the record that are strictly necessary for the determination of the issues.
4. Written argument must be lodged by–
a) The applicant in CCT 158/18 and CCT 179/18 on or before Wednesday, 16 January 2019; and
b) The respondent in CCT 158/18 and CCT 179/18, on or before Wednesday, 30 January 2018.
5. Further directions may be issued.
