Dari pemaparan kesimpulan diatas penulis memberikan saran

kepada lembaga pendidikan PPMI Assalaam untuk memberikan perhatian

terhadap kepuasan kerja guru yang bekerja disana terutama dalam dimensi

yang masih memiliki kepuasan paling rendah yaitu dimensi kompensasi dan

kondisi kerja. Diharapkan dengan perhatian yang cukup kepada dimensi-

dimensi tersebut, tingkat kepuasan kerja guru di Lembaga tersebut akan

meningkat dan tentunya akan menunjang pada kinerja guru sehingga akan

berimbas pada kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan disana.

Penulis memberikan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya

hendaknya lebih menitikberatkan kepada penelitian kepuasan kerja guru

dalam dimensi yang lebih khusus yaitu dimensi kompensasi, kondisi kerja,

rekan kerja, pengarahan dan pengawasan, pekerjaan itu sendiri sebagai guru

atau tanggung jawab guru. Harapannya dengan diadakan penelitian dalam

dimensi kepuasan kerja yang lebih khusus, akan didapatkan sumber penyebab

dari adanya kepuasan atau ketidakpuasan guru, sehingga bahan tersebut akan

bermanfaat untuk lembaga pendidikan pada khususnya dan dunia pendidikan
