Terminal 3 Ultimate Bandara Soekarno-Hatta Resmi Beroperasi
Terminal 3 Ultimate, Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang, Banten resmi beroperasi sejak pukul 00.01 WIB, Selasa 9 Agustus 2016. PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) sebagai pengelola bandara dan maskapai Garuda Indonesia sebagai maskapai yang akan beroperasi di terminal ini sudah menyatakan kesanggupannya melayani penumpang. Maskapai Garuda Indonesia akan mulai melayani penerbangan untuk seluruh rute domestik melalui terminal baru ini.
Rute Jakarta – Jayapura dengan nomor penerbangan GA 654 akan lepas landas pada pukul 01.20 WIB. Dilanjutkan rute kedua Jakarta – Ternate dengan nomor penerbangan GA 648. Penerbangan ini akan dilakukan pada pukul 01.40 WIB.
Terminal 3 Ultimate of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Began Operating Terminal 3 Ultimate of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, Banten, began operating since 00:01 WIB on Tuesday, August 9, 2016. PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) as the airport management and Garuda Indonesia as the airline operating in the terminal had stated our readiness to provide prime service to the passengers. Garuda Indonesia Airline would begin to provide air transportation service to all domestic routes via the brand new terminal.
Jakarta – Jayapura route with flight number GA 654 was scheduled to take off at 01:20 WIB followed by Jakarta – Ternate route with flight number GA 648, which took off at 01:40 WIB.

Obligasi PT Angkasa Pura (Persero) II senilai Rp 2 triliun dengan kupon sebesar 8,6 persen bertenor 5 tahun mengalami kelebihan permintaan (oversubscribed) hingga 3,8 sampai 4 kali. Obligasi I Angkasa Pura II Tahun 2016 ini akan dibagi dalam tiga seri yakni bertenor 5 tahun, 7 tahun, dan 10 tahun. Adapun rating obligasi tersebut adalah idAAA dari PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) dan AAA(idn) dari PT Fitch Ratings Indonesia.

The bonds of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) with the value of Rp2 trillion and coupon of 8.6% with tenor of 5 years were oversubscribed by 3.8 to 4 times. Bonds I of Angkasa Pura II Year 2016 would be divided into three series with tenors of 5 years, 7 years and 10 years. PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) rated the bonds at the class of idAAA, while PT Fitch Ratings Indonesia rated the bonds at AAA(idn).

Pembangunan Proyek Kereta Tanpa Masinis di Bandara Soekarno Hatta
Pada 1 September 2016, Perseroan mulai melaksanakan Proses pembangunan proyek kereta tanpa masinis (Automated People Mover System) di Bandara Soekarno Hatta Tangerang dimulai. Penandatangan kontrak kerja sama telah dilakukan antara PT Len Industri dan PT Angkasa Pura II. Nilai investasi APMS yang akan selesai dikerjakan selama 300 hari mencapai Rp531 miliar itu akan digunakan di Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Moda transportasi ini akan memutar ke seluruh terminal yang ada di Bandara Soetta. Seperti Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Terminal 3 dan connecting building yang menjadi penghubung antar terminal dengan pusat perbelanjaan yang berada di tengah- tengah Terminal.
Development of Automated People Mover System Project at Soekarno-Hatta Airport
On September 1, 2016, the Company began to carry out the development process of Automated People Mover System (APMS) at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang. The cooperation contract had been signed by PT Len Industri and PT Angkasa Pura II.
The investment value of APMS project, which would be completed in 300 days and used in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport area, amounted to Rp531 billion. The transportation system will pass through all terminals at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, Terminal 3 and connecting building, which served as the connector between the Terminals and shopping center located in the center of the Terminals.

Penghargaan Pelayanan Prima
Sebanyak 8 (delapan) bandara di bawah pengelolaan PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) meraih penghargaan Pelayanan Prima dari Kementerian Perhubungan.
Adapun penilaian dilakukan tim penilai berdasarkan 9 (sembilan) kriteria yakni visi, misi, dan motto pelayanan, lalu standar pelayanan dan maklumat pelayanan, sistem mekanisme prosedur, sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana pelayanan, penanganan pengaduan, survei kepuasan masyarakat, sistem informasi pelayanan publik, dan terakhir produktivitas dalam pencapaian target pelayanan.
Penilaian diikuti oleh 156 unit pelayanan publik sektor transportasi di 21 wilayah di Indonesia dan dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan atau dari Juni hingga Agustus 2016.
Prime Service Award
As many as 8 (eight) airports under the management of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) obtained the Prime Service Award from the Ministry of Transportation.
Assessment was carried out by an assessor team based on 9 (nine) criteria, namely vision, mission, service motto, service standard, service commitment/declaration, procedure mechanism and system, human resources, service facility and infrastructure, complaint handling, public satisfaction survey, public service information system, and productivity in achieving service target.
156 public service units in transportation sector in 21 regions in Indonesia participated in the assessment which was conducted in three months, from June to August 2016
Angkasa Pura II Raih Penghargaan Contact Center Worlds
PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), berhasil meraih dua penghargaan di ajang kompetisi Contact Center World tingkat dunia. Pengelola 13 bandara di kawasan barat Indonesia ini meraih penghargaan yang acaranya berlangsung di Las Vegas, AS, pada 7-11 November 2016 lalu.
Dua penghargaan tersebut adalah Gold Medal untuk kategori Top Ranking Performers Awards World Finals 2016 for Best in Customer Service yang diraih oleh Tiophani Naomi, dan Silver Medal untuk kategori Top Ranking Performers Awards World Finals 2016 for Best Technology Innovation – Internal Solution oleh Robby Saputra. Kompetisi Contact Center World ini diikuti oleh perusahaan- perusahaan yang ada di 31 negara.
Angkasa Pura II Obtained Contact Center Worlds Award
PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) obtained two awards at the Contact Center World competition. The management of 13 airports in western area of Indonesia obtained the award in Las Vegas, USA, on November 7-11, 2016.
The awards received were the Gold Medal in the category of Top Ranking Performers Awards World Finals 2016 for Best in Customer Service, which was given to Tiophani Naomi, and the Silver Medal in the category of Top Ranking Performers Awards World Finals 2016 for Best Technology Innovation – Internal Solution, which was given to Robby Saputra. Various companies from 31 countries in the world participated in the Contact Center World competition 2016.
PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Luncurkan 2 (Dua) Anak Usaha
PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) pada hari, Jumat 7 Oktober 2016, resmi memperkenalkan operasional dua anak perusahaan baru yakni PT Angkasa Pura Kargo dan PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo.
Hal ini sejalan dengan dilakukannya penataan pada corporate level strategy dan business level strategy di PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Pengembangan anak usaha ini juga merupakan bagian dari inisiatif perusahaan untuk menerapkan program “Triple-GB”, yaitu Getting Bigger, Getting Broader, Getting Better.
Tujuan pembentukan dua anak usaha baru ini adalah memperluas portofolio bisnis AP II guna meningkatkan kontribusi pendapatan dari bisnis non-aero dan kargo. Saat ini pendapatan perseroan sekitar 60%-70% berasal dari bisnis aero seperti passenger service charge, biaya pendaratan pesawat, dan pemakaian garbarata. Melalui berdirinya PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo dan PT Angkasa Pura Kargo, maka AP II saat ini memiliki tiga anak usaha dengan kepemilikan penuh setelah sebelumnya sudah beroperasi terlebih dahulu PT Angkasa Pura Solusi yang mengelola lounge di bandara, bisnis Information Communication & Technology, manajemen kebersihan gedung terminal bandara, pelatihan personil aviation security, dan manajemen ritel. Adapun ketiga anak usaha AP II tersebut kini menggunakan logo yang serupa dan hanya dibedakan sesuai dengan fokus bisnis masing-masing.
PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Established 2 (Two) Subsidiaries
On Friday, October 7, 2016, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) began operating 2 (two) new subsidiaries, namely PT Angkasa Pura Kargo and PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo.
This was in line with the organization procedure taken on corporate level strategy and business level strategy at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The development of subsidiaries was also a part of the company’s initiatives to implement the “Triple-GB” program, namely Getting Bigger, Getting Broader and Getting Better.
The purpose of development of the two new subsidiaries was to expand business portfolio of AP II in order to leverage income contribution from non-aero and cargo businesses. Currently, around 60%-70% of the Company’s revenue comes from cargo business, such as passenger service charge, aircraft landing charge, and passenger boarding bridge.
Through the establishment of PT Angkasa Pura Kargo and PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo, AP II currently has 3 (three) subsidiaries with full ownership with the previous one that has been established and has been operating, namely PT Angkasa Pura Solusi, that manages airport lounges and engages in the business of Information Communication and Technology, airport terminal building cleaning service, aviation security personnel training, and retail management. At present, all three subsidiaries of AP II use the same logo and are differentiated according to each business focus.
