seoptimal mungkin SDM-nya serta memberikan berbagai sumber daya yang tepat dan memadai sehingga SDM

c. Knowledge Management (Sharing Session)

Integrated Knowledge Management aims to prevent the loss of Critical Knowledge so as to Increase the speed of learning of human resources in improving the capacity and adaptability in case of changes in the Company.

Activities that have been conducted for the purpose of Knowledge Management are:

1) Creation of Knowledge Sharing Documents stipulated in the Regulations of the Board of Directors on Technical Training and Education and Substantial Training and Education of Domestic and Foreign Affairs number: PD.10.01/12/2015/0058; 2) Implementation of Knowledge Sharing by each

employee after attending the Training and education which is monitored in AP II (IT based) portal. 6. Airport Learning Academy (ALA)

One of the transformation programs of the company is Human Resources Transformation, Culture, and Organization which contains transformation of Human Resources, consistinf of Building Great Leader & Great People program.

Invest in people. Investing in HR is one of the leaders’ duties. Leaders should always strive to empower their human resources optimally as well as provide various resources that are appropriate and adequate so that the

Dengan kata lain, seorang leader harus mampu mengembangkan SDM-nya sehingga akan memudahkannya dalam menuntaskan berbagai pekerjaan. Kemampuan mengembangkan SDM itulah yang membuat seorang leader menjadi luar biasa dan hebat.

Sebagai upaya mewujudkan program Building Great

Leader & Great People tersebut, maka dibentuklah Airport Learning Academy (ALA) yang mana merupakan bagian

atau staging dari pembentukan Corporate University (CorpU) yang diharapkan dapat menciptakan suatu sistem yang dapat melahirkan leader dan SDM yang unggul. Adapun fungsi utama ALA sebagai Center of Excellence ada 3 (tiga) yaitu:

1) Center of Chiefship (creating great leader); 2) Center of Competence (creating great people); 3) Center of Certification (creating global standard). Airport Learning Academy (ALA) harus mampu menciptakan Great Leaders, Great People & Human Capital with Global Standard, yang berujung pada mendukung pencapaian

kinerja bisnis dan budaya dan nilai organisasi “PERFORM”.

In other words, a leader must be able to develop his human resources to facilitate them in completing various duties. The ability to develop human resources is what makes a leader exceptional and great.

As an effort to realize the Great Building Leader & Great People program, the Airport Learning Academy (ALA) is formed, which is part or staging from the establishment of Corporate University (CorpU) which is expected to create a system that can create leader and excellent human resources. There are 3 main functions of ALA as Center of Excellence, namely:

1) Center of Chiefship (creating great leader); 2) Center of Competence (creating great people); 3) Center of Certification (creating global standard). The Airport Learning Academy (ALA) should be able to

create Great Leaders, Great People & Human Capital with Global Standards, which leads to support the achievement of business performance and culture and organizational value of “PERFORM”.

Dewan Direksi dan pejabat SGM/GM, Head & VP setingkat. ALA bertempat di gedung PMU Bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Gedung ALA terdiri dari 4 kelas dengan didukung dengan fasilitas yang baik. Dengan dibentuknya ALA ini, diharapkan dapat mencetak orang-orang hebat di Indonesia, juga diharapkan dapat mengasah dan meningkatkan unique

resources kita sebagai comparative advantage perusahaan

yang dapat membawa Angkasa Pura II menjadi perusahaan yang disegani, baik di dalam negeri maupun di tingkat internasional.

Biaya Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Karyawan

Besaran biaya pendidikan dan pelatihan karyawan telah disesuaikan dengan rencana kerja Departemen SDM yang tertuang dalam RKAP tahunan Perseroan dan telah disetujui baik oleh Dewan Komisaris maupun Direksi Perseroan. Dengan anggaran tersebut, Perseroan berupaya memberikan support yang maksimal sehingga output yang dihasilkan nantinya sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan. Total biaya pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM yang telah dikeluarkan Perseroan pada 2016 mencapai Rp46.944.998.000sedangkan pada 2015 adalah sebesar Rp55.878.058.000.

With the establishment of ALA, it is expected that great people in Indonesia can be created. it is also expected that it can sharpen and increase our unique resources as a comparative advantage of the company that can bring Angkasa Pura II to become a respected company, both domestically and internationally.

Cost of Employee Education and Training

The amount of training and education fee has been adjusted to the work plan of the HR Department set forth in the annual RKAP of the Company and has been approved by both the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of the Company. With the budget, the Company seeks to provide maximum support so that the output will be in accordance with what has been planned. Total cost of training and human resources development that has been incurred by the Company in 2016 reached Rp46,944,998,000. while in 2015 it amounted to Rp55,878,058,000.
