4. Bagi Orangtua
Para orangtua diharap dapat memberikan kasih sayang dan perhatian yang konsisten kepada anak-anak. Hal tersebut agar anak- anak memiliki hubungan yang baik dan kelekatan yang aman dengan
orangtua sehingga mereka merasa bahwa kebutuhan mereka akan cinta dan kasih sayang dapat terpenuhi. Anak-anak dengan kasih sayang dan perhatian yang konsisten diharapkan mengembangkan kelekatan aman sehingga dalam menjalin relasi romantis, mereka memiliki kelekatan yang aman pula. Dengan demikian diharapkan mereka memiliki komitmen yang tinggi ketika menjalin relasi romantis.
