Bank Jabar Banten Syariah telah mengembangkan kegiatanusahatreasurydalambentukpenempatanpada Bank Indonesia (FASBI), PUAS (Pasar Uang Antar Bank BerdasarkanPrinsipSyariah),IMA(InvestasiMudharabah AntarBank)danSuratBerharga,mengembangkansystem dan prosedur pembiayaan komersil, dan melaksanakan program-program untuk mendorong peningkatan pertumbuhan portofolio pembiayaan dan DPK (Dana PihakKetiga)yangsehat.

Layanan Gadai Emas Syariah yang dikembangkan sejak tahun 2004, telah berhasil menyalurkan dana sebesar Rp 53,39 miliar dengan perolehan pendapatan sebesar Rp7,29miliarper31Desember2009.SaatiniLayanan Gadai Emas Syariah terus dikembangkan di seluruh Kantor Cabang dan Cabang Pembantu Syariah Bank JabarBanten.
BankJabarBantentelahmenghadirkan“LayananSyariah” untuk mendekatkan kepada nasabah dalam memilih layanansesuaikeyakinan.Nasabahdapatmemanfaatkan transaksi perbankan syariah seperti pembukaan Giro, Tabungan, dan Deposito maupun pembiayaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Fasilitas ATM dan itur kartu ATM terus dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pelayananselainjugapenambahanjaringanATMuntuk memperluaspelayanan.

and community trust towards sharia banking managed by the Bank Jabar Banten, thus our intention to encourage economic growth in West Java and Banten areas through fund raising to improve people’s economic ability, God willing, may become a reality.
TREASURY
Bank Jabar Banten Sharia has developed treasury operations in the form of placements at Bank Indonesia (FASBI), PUAS (Sharia Interbank Money Market), IMA (The Interbank Mudharabah Investment) and Securities, to develop systems and procedures for commercial financing, and implementing programs to encourage sound financing portfolio growth and DPK (Third Party Fund).
DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES Layanan Gadai Emas Syariah (Sharia Gold Pawn services) developed since year 2004, has managed to channel Rp 53.39 billion with revenue totalling Rp 7.29 billion as per December 31, 2009. Currently, we continue to develop our sharia gold pawn services at all branches and supporting sharia branches of the Bank Jabar Banten.
Bank Jabar Banten has presented “Syariah services” to get closer to customers in choosing services according to their belief. Customers may take advantage of Islamic banking transactions such as opening of the Account, Savings, Deposits and financing options suitable with the sharia principles. ATM facilities and ATM card features are continuously developed to improve our services as well as additional ATM networks to expand our service range.
Sosialisasi dan promosi dalam berbagai bentuk dan kegiatan terus dilakukan secara intensif bekerjasama dengan pihak swasta maupun lembaga pemerintahan untukmembanguncitraprodukdanlembaga(corporate image)BankJabarBantenSyariah.

Sampai dengan Desember 2009, Unit Usaha Syariah BankJabarBantendikelolaoleh283karyawantermasuk outsourcing dan PKWT. Jumlah tersebut akan terus berkembang, baik dasi sisi kuantitas maupun kualitas melalui rekruitasi serta pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berkesinambungan untuk dapat memberikan kinerja, layanansertabagikepuasanoptimalparanasabah.Salah satu upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya insani dalambidangpelatihansertaproduct knowledgeadalah dengan mengembangkan pelatihan berbasis internet yaituprogramE-learning.

Our campaigns and promotions are held intensively in various forms and activities by collaborating with private and government institutions to build the product and corporate image of the Bank Jabar Banten Syariah.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Up to December 2009, the Sharia Business Units of the Bank Jabar Banten has been managed by 283 employees including outsourced and contracted employees. The number will continue to rise, both in quality and in quantity through sustainable recruitment, education and training to excel in performance and services, aiming at our customers’ optimal satisfaction. One of our human resources improvement efforts in training and product knowledge is to develop internet-based training known as E-learning programs.
